- I wrote an article about electricity waste in the office. I used a device called a Kill A Watt to identify the MOS. It got the attention of senior leadership and I was promoted partially because of it. If anyone is interested I can publish a copy of the article somewhere. CJ

Use IM for Better Customer Service
- I created an Instant Message (IM) account on AOL. Now when ever I am online, customers can ask a question about inventory or if something has shipped, or what ever. No long distance phone charges and I can cut and paste a reply (for example, a package tracking number) if needed.
