Train The Trainer

Another option is to send one employee who is the "leader" type of person in the company to the training session. If the person is the least bit organized in his/her thought process, they will be able to come back and train the other employees in the company. For example, send the Accounting Manager to the accounting software training session. When he/she comes back, have them train the other employees.
